1. Shipping Regions
We proudly ship wholesale orders across Canada and internationally. For orders outside Canada, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and courier arrangements.
2. Order Processing & Handling Times
- Orders are processed daily but shipped only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Please allow 24–72 business hours for processing, depending on order size and volume.
3. Free Shipping Threshold (Canada Only)
- We offer free standard shipping across Canada on orders with a subtotal of $1,000 CAD or more (before taxes and discounts).
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders or to shipments requiring special handling.

4. Paid Shipping (Canada & International)
- Orders under $1,000 CAD subtotal will be charged shipping at checkout.
- Shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight, and service selected.
- Customers may use their own courier account upon request—please contact us prior to placing your order.
5. Same-Day Shipping (Expedited Fulfillment)
- For paid shipping orders received by 10:00 AM EST, we aim to ship the same business day, whenever possible.
- Free shipping orders may take up to 72 business hours to process before dispatch.
6. Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – Same-Day Delivery
- We offer same-day delivery within the GTA via our local partner Weels.ca.
- This service is currently limited to select areas. Please reach out to confirm availability for your postal code.
7. Courier Selection
For both free and paid shipping, we select couriers based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
- Delivery urgency
While we work with trusted partners like Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and Canpar, we cannot guarantee courier selection for any specific order.
8. Delivery Estimates

9. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link. You can track your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery directly from there.
10. Special Requests & Oversized Shipments
For custom shipping instructions, use of your own courier account, or large palletized shipments, please contact us at prior to ordering. We’re happy to accommodate wholesale-specific needs.
